While club-issued mobile phones and computers are fair game, the Silvertails checked their rights when it comes to personal mobiles, computers and the like. After doing so, they have given the NRL everything it has asked for and in the process avoided a range of potential sanctions that include the deregistration of officials, fines and the deduction of competition points.
It is understood Penn and football boss Bob Fulton haven't yet handed over their phones or computers because they have been overseas, but both plan to fully co-operate.
