it pisses me off too. getting quite disillusioned and aggravated with this club

who do you think wins out of the bulldogs or us? ofcourse the bulldogs. everyone bloods their lower grade players but us. we had a record breaking flegg team but oh no we have to buy anasta and myles and roberts and every other nuffy who has one good season because uncle nick says so.

I think you'll find if Mason signs with the Sharks...that Lance Thompson will retire and stick with his Player Managing business.

His illness this year really knocked him around and I think if Mason was to sign, they'd take his money and the pay cut Ross is offering to pay for Mason's signing.

I think it's in the Roosters and Sharks best interests not to sign Willy but they want instant success at the expense of long term development. I thought Paea from the Roosters was a great find as he is very quick and mobile for a big man. Willy IS the best secondrower in the game along with Luke O'Donnell in my opinion but look at his stats this season when he moved to Prop. He played poorly and was injured plenty. If the Roosters want an O'Meley/Mason frontrow they should consider the poor form they displayed together this season for the Dogs.. somehow I think Gould and Fittler are trying to convince Uncle Nick to sign Willy- hopefully Politis smells the coffee and withdraws as well. The Sharks have Douglas and Ross up front and Thompson and Gallen at the back- why buy a massive salaried forward? Makes no sense from both sides.. I'm just glad my team has no room under the cap. (The Bunnies).

The roosters don't invest (comparatively) in grass rotes or blood their juniors because they have no juniors. Can you imagine how weak the roosters first grade side would be if it was fielded by a majority of local juniors. The club has to make big signings and be active in the player market to stay competitive.
