I think laying the blame on Benji and Robbie is laughable.

Bought back to the club and what for? No leadership, no organisation, poor previous results. Heart and courage yes.

The blame has lied on poor backs, poor forwards, poor coaches for far too long. The common denominator’s have been getting off scott free because of flashes of brilliance and a nice guy persona.

If the drivers on the park don’t know what’s going on how can the rest of the side?

I think the knights game will say a lot about how the club's run. Since our season is pretty much dead and buried I wouldn't be surprised if Farah is "injured" this week, Liddle plays the full 80 so Farah can play his 300th at Leichhardt
I got my games mixed up, I thought the Leichhardt game was next week. Yes a mystery illness or injury next week followed by a 2nd Leichhardt Oval farewell.

Do you think Farah and Marshall are the answers to our problems? That’s the question

Not in the NRL but.....they’d be great if you could get them to run around in Canterbury Cup for two seasons mentor the young fellas coming through. That in my opinion would be a great investment. They would add that game management and stability, teach those boys how to play NRL style football before they step up

Oliver Clarke should be brought into the pack for the remainder of the season - let him learn front row play at 1st grade level.

Who do remove to make way for him?

Watching the game I didn’t think much of him today, his stats tell a different story, got through a lot of tackles, 43 - 16 runs 147m , try, line break, 2 offloads and 3 tackle busts, be nice if he could get his metres/run average up a bit. He has had 3 outstanding games statistically this year and has been pretty solid otherwise, probably only 2-3 games where he hasn’t got over 100. Seems to have pretty good defensive stats too especially for a front rower. I thought he looked pretty slow in today’s game but he did get through 43 tackles in the end. So he has had a pretty good go.

No and they were never meant to be. They were both brought back on small coin as stop gap, backups who the club knew would play their guts out when called upon. The fact that they have both played some good footy whilst the club's first choice players in each position cant get their shit together is not their fault. In a perfect world, both would have fallen short of 300 games but thats not how things worked out.

Any or all of them.

I not worried about this year but next.

He is a talent, defensively, off loads & and metreage. He needs 1st grade experience & build up his time on the field - probably get to a 60+ minutes front rower.

If you believe they were bought back to play reserves you must believe in Santa Claus and Easter Bunny

I didnt say reserves. I said as stop gaps primarily then as backups. Im sure the plan was to transition both to trainers or such by now but the way the cards have fallen they are still needed to start.

Selfish and slow, I actually think it’s frustration and slow.
.
Robbie's doing what Robbie knows. He'd be lost if he played out of position.
He's no longer an 80 minute player, that much is fairly obvious.

Robbie is a Tiger legend. Seriously. Supporters need to give the bloke a break.
Madge needs to play him for 25 minutes per half so that he can finish his career on a high [Or at least give him the opportunity to do so]

As others have said, we are not losing games because of Robbie and Benji.

They definitely aren't the answer to our problems. I really hope Robbie moves on this year. I'm okay with Marshall staying on another year but we have to develop or purchase a half to complement Brooks.

If the club signed Liddle, they could give Robbie and Benji a huge farewell party against the Sharks at Leichhardt Oval in Round 25 to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of the club and their long years of service and contributions during that time.

This is a spiel and has nothing at all to do with watching the game or any reflection on any other factors that may be an issue.

I think Benji is meant to be playing on next year. I wonder if Madge has told Robbie it's time to hang the boots up.

Robbie said in February he was likely going to retire. Robbie would only play on if he went deep into the finals and lost I would say.

That would be the best outcome for all including the supporters.
