It’s got to suck for Adam when the kids rated highly as juniors just fall flat in First Grade. I often wonder if the likes of Crossland and Best feel like there is a hierarchy they can’t step out from underneath. It can’t be coincidence they both wait for the game to come to them. Wasn’t Phoenix an absolute gun half as a kid? I just wonder sometimes if both started to get a little arrogant about their game that things might change! Penrith look like a bunch of players who all believe their position belongs to them as a rightful inheritance and Noone is taking it from them without the fight if their life. Wish we had that cockiness.

The bits I’ve seen has been missing, he needs to go back to a local Newy club after deciding what he wants to be, 6, 7, 9 or utility and start fresh but unlikely to get an offer in NRL, he needs to enjoy the game then look for what he wants to achieve. He wasn’t that good to start with but he’s been stuffed about the past few years.
