I really struggle to see how this isn’t the smartest option for Ivan. He gets to leave our club in a good state and with his legacy in tact. If he leaves us in 2021 to go coach his son ANYWHERE after giving us 3 and a half years of improvement not a single Tigers fan would begrudge him.

I listened to Go and she said our salary cap was in a good position. He has still stuffed it up but maybe it's repairable.

If you sign players on long term contract for big dollars who aren't stars and are overpaid you'd think you'd stay to get the club performing which will involve managing those contracts.
