I hope he doesn’t debut, it’s a thrashing to nothing for him and we are in a mess.
Keep his debut for next season, train with squad in off season and assess if ready to play against big boys. When ready let’s make it a big special moment for him, let Mapapalangi have his moment, not so bad for a centre and has played reserves a bit

Hard to judge how good he is when he only plays reserve grade quality players (either in reserve grade or vs the top squad at training)

Players can still warm up with first grade and go through the whole game day process without being part of the 18 man squad, Keeley himself did that a few weeks ago. Not sure I understand the thought process behind holding him out of Flegg/NSW Cup just to watch the game from the bench.

Well I’ve been at the emergency vet with my cat all day so missing this one. Meaning I’ve been to one game this year. Making good use of those season tickets. Then again even getting to the game wouldn’t exactly bring enjoyment.
