Ponga was terrible and gets plenty of his share of the blame for today. Everyone else was terrible too - both things can be true.

Ponga gets more attention than most because he's our best player and captain. The scrutiny comes with the salary, that's the way it goes.

Normally I'm eye-rolling at the Fox obsession with him but Voss and Cronk's comments were pretty spot on today. Cronk was talking about him getting more involved and demanding the ball at first receiver. Just something, anything.

Even I'm starting to lose faith in AOB and I have always thought he wasn't as bad as most on here make him out to be.

I’ve long felt his biggest issues are tactical IMO and today was a perfect example of it.

He wants us to play a defensive first grinding style like Penrith (when they were good) but that requires a great halfback which we don’t have. We did best in 2023 when he acknowledged we can’t play that game plan and we just played off the cuff.

I don’t think he’s a terrible coach as he does have more redeeming qualities than previous coaches, but his insistence on playing a style we don’t suit will probably end up being his downfall. We’ve scored 2 tries in a month…he’s just digging his own grave if he doesn’t address it.

Maybe Sticky could come coach us and bring home some of the ex-Knights players and the better Raiders players? (Sarcasm, I hate that guy)

Getting paid 1.5m to by completely MIA 3 weeks running must be nice

I’m an overweight 33 year old and I could literally do better then some of the those oxygen thieves parading as footballers. f**k them, f**k them so much.

I watched the Knights Harold Matthews team today on Bar TV.
There is a few promising fellas there in that team. The 7, 12, 8 and maybe the 1. Especially the 7, he does everything well - isnt flashy at this stage - but is especially good in the kicking game and importantly is big so will not be a turnstile. So yeah get some more of those locals who dont want to disappoint the crowd into that squad over the next few years.

If you're pissed at Ponga fading in and out of games then brace yourself for 10 expensive years of it with Brown...it was a ( mostly) good defensive effort today...we had a fair try taken off us but should have run up a score

A tough day at the office.

I thought you were always going to struggle with so many out ( ball boys warming up) and through some miracle, we had our best side out there.

Points will gather again for the knights.

Im happy to swap coaches.

How long will it take the “experts” to realise Ponga doesn’t work first off the ruck? He needs to be 2-3 wide.

Alex. 6 points in three weeks. 66 against. You need to truly start looking at this realistically and rationally. You cannot just say it is the players.
It reminds me of Arsenal fans who think there’s nobody they could replace Mikel Arteta with who could do a better job…

Could enlist the people who painted their houses in Grand Final weeks #1 and #2 to likewise repaint the hurtin shed in red and blue
