Yeah but listening to them in interviews it seemed as if neither was happy with going but it made it easier that they had the other with them. Theyre close friends ( facebook stalking) and i dont see Mateo leaving Inu to go up there on his own.

I was never told about the Mateo circumstance. I was not aware of it. However, the Storm scenario is legit. Because I hear things doesn't mean they are 100% definite. The dealings/enquiries going on are/were true, including the one with a SL player last year. Circumstances can change in an instant, just ask KK & Thurston (with the demise of Storm). Families have a huge effect on dealings and last minute changes/back-outs too. I hope DA, PO & co can pull in Cooper Cronk. It's still not too late to play with the Eels this year.

There are still rumours floating around about Inglis, Sika Manu, Lima & Blair..... which ones they get, I have no idea but the probes/dealings/interests were going on.

I don't know anything about the signing of Luke O'Donnell... Don't think he would be a good fit or vibe for the Eels squad.

There is a lot of expended emotion going on that is ripping at the heart of the players which impacts the bond/synchronicity of the team working as a unit. Be patient, things will work out. DA & PO are at the helm and we have to support them 110%. There are many roads that lead to Rome. DA & PO are good blokes with good intentions, yes they make mistakes, but its our job to support them in winning the 2010 premiership campaign. If they achieve little by end of next year, it will be bye bye to both of them... They both should walk considering the massacre they have undertaken to the 2009/2010 bonds forged amongst the players etc.

My contact in the club has informed me that we are actually clearing out our current squad to sign the entire Queensland origin team. The only thing blocking it is the players will only come if its 1-17, and we are stuggling to find a club to pick up Jarryd Haynes contract.

Should know more by the end of the week. Can someone call 2GB about it for me tho. Im a bit busy.
