Me !!! Johns, Tony Quirk, Col Fraser, Kevin O'sullivan
Also Glen Burgess, Noel Goldthorpe, Shan Flanagan, Craig Stapleton, Toni Grimaldi. They announced their best team last year. Certainly a pretty solid team.

Paul or Peter Mayo?
Don't know only ever heard him called Mayo. He was a beast of a winger. Looks like it may well have been Steve Mayoh. He was a big guy back then so may well have moved into the forwards. The time frame suits too.

I may get howled down but Matt Dufty was a player who brought fans to a game.

His raw speed was electrifying. Some of his ‘trophy trys’ very few players in the game could score. That try against Easts at Anzac day game about 5 years? ago where he keep beating players including Tedesco, on a withering 60 run was the best individual try in the past decade imo.

Still I agree he was small stature and therefore not a strong defender and not as safe under the high ball as today’s top fullbacks.

I was always vexed that Dufty never got to become a fully rounded first grade player. His attack and off the mark speed was electric. Unfortunately exact same problems in defence and attitude that Sloan has. Didn't help that he didn't have an NRL standard coach in his formative years.
Agree with you he was an exciting player to watch. A better player than Sloan IMHO. Smarter attacker too. Such a waste of potential - both of them.

If one were inclined to infer a player’s choice of daily transport from the manner in which he plays the game, I would hazard that Dufty commutes in a purple Nissan Micra, tastefully adorned with frangipani decals on the rear window and complemented by Hello Kitty seat covers.

We should be interested in Averillo.
He is a great player who has destroyed us on previous occasions.
Better we get some proven players like him.
Yeah no thanks. When has averillo destroyed us on numerous occasions? I mean Hes not a bad player that does some good things but but we can do better than this mate. Very low bar. Plus we have Val and suli in the centres. You want to pay him 500k a year to play nsw cup?
