A Shoulder to the head can be potentially way more serious then an elbow to a head. Prior had little time to pull out and to react to Thurston's movement. A late hit is a late hit. If Hornby stayed down for 2585 seconds, Segs would of nearly got sent off as well.

You get far more harder concussion from accidental knees in tackles and shoulder charges to the head. If Hornby was as bad as JT..Segs should of got marched as well.
