My question: What is being put in place to return Pride to the organisation and improve results with all pushing in the same direction as one club ?

FFS I’ve been supporting since 1970 (some interest from about 1968) and I’ve always been proud to say I’m a St George supporter. The last couple of years though, I’m embarrassed to say it.

Totally true.
Been a member since 1968
Never seen a bigger shambolic group of Board members since DOUST came on as our CEO.
There is the real culprit in all this, he was the fool who only gave Wayne Bennett 3 years when he wanted 5 (there's another 2 Premierships we would have had 2011 and 2012),could of then extended Bennet for another 3 years, then bring in Demetriou who should be the Dragons coach today. Doust then gets replaced only to be appointed as a Director to inflict more pain!

I really hope all supporters are there in force to really give it to the board. Im not sure if they'll let questions be asked after todays pathetic showing. But if they do-show them our fury. I want the board to feel our anger and sit there and take shit all night. Thered better be a new coach before this-or else there could be a lynching

I can't see how having this even will be constructive.

After the game today, I fear it will descend into a complete anarchy. Where frustrations will only cause further harm to our brand and it will achieve zero. Of course there will be apologists, the one's that believe we are going ok etc, and there will be the aggressors who want immediate answers and immediate change. I can even envisage the 2 butting heads, or even engaging in a melee of sorts.

The only way out for Webb, Haran and Lancaster, is to announce several changes including, a new coach, GM and recruitment manager.

Corporate world tends to believe that dangling a carrot will make the hoards retreat back into their caves. So, unless above is on the agenda, all I can see is some fluff piece like, Haran has been promoted to ............. because why th hell is he even in this meeting, when in a major part, he is responsible for our current predicament.

It's time for management to show some intestinal fortitude and start making some hard decisions.

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend or sign in on line, but I know this forum will explode with details blow by blow.

I think they will announce Griffin's sacking and an interim.. but they don't need a formal meeting for that.. they could write it on the back of a napkin for all we care.

It's whether they have other staff incoming that I want to know about.. if its zilch & they are just going to announce they are now in a worldwide search, after they have had 2 months from the earlier announcement.. i'll be very cranky.

I think it’s now obvious that we’ve been in full-blown crisis management for a long time. I suspect Hook’s personality and absurd biases are at the heart of it all, and it looks to me that the Chairman and CEO have been told, sometime ago, to just get stuck-in and sort the shit fight out.

I’m tipping it will be a useless night of bullshit fluff. Waste of time. They don’t give a f**k what the supporters think let alone say. Zero f**ks given!!
Then why did they arrange this forum ? They could have easily just ignored it.

It's good PR to act interested in what your key stakeholders have to say. The old board members will ignore what fans have to say regardless of an information meeting and continue in their stubborn ways. Why won't Hook be at this evening, he was at the last one? It seems this is conveniently timed for the sacking of Griffin on Tuesday, they'll hope that eases pressure and gives them plenty to talk about at the evening as they drip feed fans false hope and point to the sacking of Griffin as real change. Until this board goes, there will be no change.

Parko , just how do you get rid of the board ? How about we work on what is achievable?
