So why do we think it is a "staffing" issue?
The times I have rung up (I think 3 now) about not having my ticket and what to do and getting a new one sent, there has been someone to take my call immediately.
I think the problem was a numbnutted decision to do this all via f'n china to save some $$$s. Should it really take 4 weeks (20 working days) to "dispatch" a few pieces of junk and a printed ticket? .... surely that time period would have been agreed upon at the time of giving the contract to the company ..... seems a pretty dodgy decision to me ..... plus the added risk of shit going missing cos it is coming from f'n china
I think staffing is the reason for the result you mentioned mate. I have heard tell form 2010 onwards of former membership people coming back to the club on a casual wage to get through the renewals that come in by hand, most working till very late at night to get the processing done. The China fulfilment centre (which does shock me, I have seen fulfilment centres in Australia that do great work). Would only need a spread sheet sent to them once a day/week/ whenever and would do the rest.
