But the Eels website says I should have it by the end of the week according to the Track my Membership page.

heaps of people who renewed in November are still waiting.
Eric Grothe Snr is on the case. I spoke to him last week and he will be taking all the late delivery and wrong pack issues to the next meeting. He is concerned with the service we are getting as members.

I spoke to the membership department. They said the packs should be delivered by the end of the week. They didn't sound really confident though because in the same sentence he said if the tickets are delivered by then they will have to issue separate tickets for the first round.... Hmmm just when I thought we were getting our act together.

I didn't even bother going that far into the conversation. I assume as per last year they'll have to be picked up at the ground.

Membership tracker states my packs have been dispatched. Got an email last Wednesday saying dispatched.

Still waiting for my packs...

My pack came this morning via courier and I'm in Newcastle. Maybe their delivery strategy is from the outside in.
BTW the only worthwhile item is the ticket itself .
