got a response this morning from the club, a small number of members have been affected. They told me to keep the junior pack (which i'll pass onto my 5yr old son) and i should get a senior pack in the mail in 10-12 days.
Much better customer service than in the past.

Mine and my three children's packs were at the front door when we were leaving friday. We opened them to have a look while we were out and i was f*cking fuming that i had a junior pack. The whole time we were out i just wanted to get home so i could give it to someone. Knowing full well that phone calls and emails would be ignored as they have in the past. I wont go into details but i got really f*cked around by the membership department last year and it was touch and go if i would sign up again. So to have this happen was the final straw. It was very lucky for them that when i got home their was an email explaining that their was a problem that was being rectified otherwise they were losing four members.

I know how you feel Daneel. I used to be a blueblood member up until about 2009ish. I made some enquiries and they repeatedly didn't return my calls. I didn't join up again since.

Got my daughters pack last week to on old address but have not received my 2 packs for my 2 seats. All renewed at the same time.

I can only assume that because I moved the seats they were somehow on hold until they were moved......

No big deal, just strange is all.
