Warriors Vs Eels at Parramatta, NRL season on seasoned difficulty.

I was able to pay back the Eels for their amazing come from behind victory in this fixture in the real NRL this year. I was down 8-0 with about 80 seconds left, when Hohaia ran in for a try. I received the kick-off with 30 seconds left. On about the second or third tackle, the ball went to Ali Lauiti'iti, who was standing completely flat-footed. Somehow he set off on an unbelievable run, flattening defenders left right and centre on an 80 metre surge to the line, touching down just as the siren sounded.

But there was a better result to come. Playing against Manly at Ericsson, the scores were 6-6 with 20 seconds to go when they were awarded a penalty and kicked for touch. From the tap they immediately attempted a field goal but it fell short. PJ Marsh caught the ball on the tryline and headed sideways, trying to keep the ball alive. He spotted a gap and scored an unbelievable length of the field try to win the game.

Warriors Vs. Panthers @ Ericson, 10 minute match, seasoned difficulty.

It was 4-4 heading up to half time when Luke Rooney surged away and scored. Making it 10-4 to the Panthers at the break. In the second half with 3:40 min left Campbell kicked a field goal making it 11-4. They then played out their set then kicked the ball into touch. From the scrum Stacey Jones surged into a gap and scored. Christensen converted making it 11-10. My team had the wind our sails and it looked like I was about to take the lead. However off the kick off I tried throwing the ball the ball around a bit too much. One loose pass was thrown and Puletua picked up the loose ball and barged his way over, with only 1:20 to go, the score moved to 15-10 in favour of Penrith. Then remarkably Girdler missed a simple kick, hitting the uprights. Then with under a minute to go Penrith played out their set of six and kick the ball into touch. As Jones fed the ball into the scrum, 80 metres out from the opposition try line, the hooter sounded. As always Jones went on a probing run and he found a gap and he set off for the try line. Fortunatley the Panthers have Wesser who quickly mowed down Jones. While standing in the tackle Jones offloaded to Fa'afili who beat one tackle, then he ran and scored in the corner, 15-14. Then came the pressurising kick, but the cool head of Christensen saw it go over and I won 16-15. What drama...

the sidhe all stars are nearly unebeatable except for mario you seems to get headhighed and sinbinned quite often. i wonder if thats like him in real life.

Actually, its not as hard as you make it out to be.

Just do an NRL Season on 5 minute games on Schoolboys - win that - now do state of origin on 5 mintue games on legend - repeat with League God Mode - easy as that. I couldve done it by now - but im play 15 minute matches

One of my memreble moments was against the dogs on seasond
I was down 24 - 6 with 5 minuets left but scored and coverted 3 times to tie it up at full time...the first half of overtime was a tough battle with no point comming but with just 1min remaing in the second half of over time Graham ran 70 meters for a match wining TRY

First round, 12-12 Warriors vs Knights. Andrew Johns lands a feild goal with 50 secs on the clock.
Jones restarts and kicks it to Tahu. (press R1+O) Faumuiana throws the bastard into touch. 20 seconds later Stacey Jones lands a feild goal to bring it even. Johns kicks to Seuseu. Seuseu charges 20m, offloads to Hohia who runs it up. Tony passes to Jones who lands a 40-20. 20 seconds later another Jones feild goal wins it for the Warriors

well, it's not quite as memorable as the aforementioned, but half an hour ago i played the raiders against the raiders :lol: :lol: :lol:

canberra home vs canberra away @ canberra stadium - but it was only a 5 minute game, so not much happened :x (note to self: longer game time :!: )

Was down 6-14 (As Eels v Storm Orford had a shocker with the boot missing 2 from almost in front LOL)

scored a try out wide 0 secs left missed the conversion rather then stopping the game Storm kicks off, score a length of the field try under the posts kick the conversion to win 16-14.

I've got a few

1: Knights V Warriors ( me being warriors) , final score was 10 - 46 or something, knights had one awesome moment, with Joey Johns grubbering the ball just behind one of my players in the in-goal and he ran passed him and scored, i was gutted but it was a good laugh, still won though.

2: Manly V Warriors ( me being warriors) final score 18 - 16 only loss for me of the season, it was an awesome match with Manly up 18- 0 at half time, but the warriors (me) came back, scored 2 converted tries early in the second half to make it 18-12, then the hooter went , i scored a last try and Jones had a conversion from right in front, but he hits the posts , it was a shocker, but a great match to play, i got my revenge on manly though later in the season with a 4- 58 odd thrashing

3: Not of one match, but of a few and thats having Tevita Latu, off the bench for the warriors, he always makes the big hits.

but I created my own comp made it 27 teams (all NRL and ESL teams) did a league/knockout type season. Had the season options for games on max had the knockout legs at 2 and final leg at 5.

any ended up being a 146 round season strecthing from 26/1/03 to 20/10/05

Memorable moments:

Warriors vs Parramatta. Lost 16-12 in extra time. PJ kicked the ball out on the full from the kickoff in extra time. I had gone undefeated up until then.

Warriors vs Parramatta (again). Won 10-6 in extra time - 1 vs 8 Qualifying Final. 6-0 at half time, 6-6 at full time. Jones breaks out from a scrum to run 60 metres under the bar.

Origin III. Dead rubber, NSW had just defeated QLD in Origin I, and had thrashed them in Origin II by 22 points. QLD scores early to lead 6-0. Ikin kicks downfield from a set of six. Two seconds on the clock to half time. NSW prop kicks downfield, doesn't find touch. Hooter goes for half time. Tahu races through and scores an amazing try!

Hannay penalty goal with a minute to go. 8-6. I regain ball from the kickoff. Johns breaks away, held up just short. Offloads - tackle made on someone - full time!
