Staines had that awful moment but that just puts him on par with Dylan there. He looked so much more natural in being the extra man on sweep plays. I'm convinced he'll be an NRL fullback

I have been banging on about this for over a year. We are very dodgy at defending the short kick off, we generally concede one every game. God only knows why considering we have Kikau who is a giant and generally good under high balls, Crichton - a basketballer and tonight - Naden who is no midget.

Great game of footy. Two highlights for mine was Gutherson and D.Brown both stopping Kikau scoring.
Neither side was better then the other. Penrith just played like winners while Parra played a little scared.
Parra’s pack got on top imo. Sorenson impressed me however.
Sivo should of dived for his 2nd try. Unsure why he stayed upright.

The Storm will blow the arse end out of both these sides imo. Hope I am wrong but they are 20 points a better side.

Haha, staines wasnt even in dylans league tonight.

I thought he looked terrible on the sweep plays. He through a few really really bad passes.

Unless he gets a lot stronger and adds some kilos to his frame he will struggle.

Parra kicked to him every time because they knew they could get him in a dominant tackle and it started us on the back foor every set.

Dylans running game and tackle breaking abikity is so underated. He is so hard to tackle and always gets us on the front foot to start a set.. which is huge. One good run at start of set can lay the platform.

Thank f**k we won that one but Jesus we are f**ked without Nath, Ivan really can't coach for shit we lose our best player and we go back to the passing to Kikau and hope he does something which barely worked when we used to always do that.

Just more evidence that inheriting a great roster can make a coach look good.
