Mitchell Mortimer: A poor clubs Cronk and an overpriced Mortimer

I am not citing evidence, I am saying there is no evidence of which I am proven correct so far according to your sources.

did you even READ the articles?

That prompted Moses to seek an immediate release after agreeing to terms on an Eels deal believed to be worth $700,000 per season from 2018.

he asked for a release to join the Eels, having already signed to play under Brad Arthur in 2018.

Actually no, this is not the rumors thread and according to forum rules you must provide sources. The source must also be current, a throwaway line when Arthur was working Moses to come this year is not a valid current source supporting the proposition Moses is still coming. Nothing is confirmed, Moses lovers are truely delusional.

I hope he turns out better than expected but I am unfortunately rarely wrong. Whether he comes or not, Moses like Hayne has still achieved more then most of the negative people on this forum could ever dream of.

So, what are you trying to say, mate? That you don't think Moses is exactly what we need and that his signing could be a mistake? That there are other half-backs out there who might have complemented Norman more? (Like maybe Widdop or Townsend or Cronk or Adam Reynolds?) Guess what - you're right. But we've signed Moses now, and I think there's a fair chance that he will be good for us (and Norman). Gutherson can go back to the centres (and be a better centre for having spent some time in the halves). I mean, what's your point?

Great reflective journal of this thread, A-. You lost a few marks for implying that Moses was already signed but overall a correct insight into you understanding.

ever heard of a cooling off period?
**bookmarked for later**

He may yet sign but your knowledge of a signing at it stands now is based on hearsay with nothing confirmed. Your hypothesis that it's confirmed has been falsified.

I trust a professional organisations knowledge of player contracts more than some bum on a internet forum.

Zero tackle is essentially some bums on the internet who have created a website.

Aaron Woods isn't even confirmed yet but it hasn't stopped those who can't comprehend a player agent driving up their price from going crazy. Simple minds believe anything. Moses may come but not before all options are exhausted and it certainly is not confirmed as of a few days ago. Trolls are sad here.

If someone offered you 2 to 1 on Moses having not signed with us, how much would you bet on it?

I'd say 2:1 is a fair price of his signature being announced in the FUTURE, people are talking like it is the past. I never said it is unlikely but that it was inconclusive. He may have already signed but it is not announced anywhere, only those privy to the negotiations would know that for sure. Who knows if the Tigers will have some spare money as none of their player movements have been confirmed?

I get that it's not announced. Was trying to get a sense of what you think is probable.
