Darren Senter has to go close. Was with the Bulldogs 92-94 but barely played, not sure if he got a run in any of the finals games, definitely did not play the 1994 grand final. Not sure if he got any finals appearances in. Played the following 10 seasons at the Tigers and never even sneezed in the direction of a finals appearance. Played 2 games for City as well.

Played the Prelim Final for Dogs in 1993. Retired at the end of ‘04 having never played finals again with Balmain and Wests Tigers.

I knew he had played a finals game for the Dogs, but did not really know which ones. His CV at the tigers was pretty poor and was part of an exodus of senior players at the end of 2004

I love the fact that in this modern Woke world we all live in these days, Manly still have the cheerleaders in tight pants. Long live the Seagirls or whatever they're called.

I really loved Dazza. He didn't get the recognition he deserved for sticking it out in that part of our history. A bloke who really did give 100% every week. I wished he stayed an extra year to get a premiership ring....he would have fitted into that Sheens mobile forwards strategy well.

Not a 300 gamer (203?) but Adrian Purtell was all effort.

The turtle just epitomised effort and commitment.

David Simmons is another one.

If both teams were fielding their staring 17 this week, the Tigers v Warriors game would have around 10 players who have played 100 regular season games since their last finals match:

....Tedesco* (90 games)

.....

Let's see since then has -

Won 2 NRL Grand Finals (2018 and 2019);
Played in the 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 State of Origin series in which they won 3 opf the 4 series, and he cpatained the winning 2021 team;
Played 4 tests for Australia;
Won the Brad Fittler Medal for best NSW Origin player in 2018;
Won the Wally Lewis Medal for Origin player of the series in 2019;
Won the Dally M Medal in 2019.

So yes, gee he has achieved little eh? :rolleyes:
