Commentary dialogue: the spine = vomit
General rugby league: legend = anybody who graced a rugby league field (or not eg Rabbits Warren) and then entered the media = two fingers down the throat

For some reason i hate when people say "player x could be anything."

Also, when they say "player y has all but gone to the z's" or "has been all but ruled out"

Anyone else hear Tariq Sims after the game on Sunday?

I want his children, but from what I saw, no more interviews! Tbf, the same could be said for half the league, it just stood out to me.

" It is understood that (insert player) is unhappy at (insert club with juniors) and will sign with the Roosters " i.e we have no basis for this bullshit story

In the pre-season - "training the house down" ( who's house is this & is it included in the salary cap ? )

Daily Telegraph - "club in crisis"

Daily Telegraph - "you read it here first" ( along with 15 other guesses about where a player will be next season )

Channel 9 during the 2nd Friday game "we'll be back after the break"

when hayne or marshall does something

commentators creams themselves saying no normal player could do that

even though the play is a chip kick or a run down the sideline

"um" when players get interviewed
some say it every second word, sounds like they don't even know how to string a sentence together

Sick of hearing this "If he was a Queenslander he'd be playing State of Origin"
you can only pick 17 players not 47

"he is a great player"

A great is langlands, raper, lewis.....not Chris Lawrence (just using him as an example)
