My nickname at footy is Johnsy. It started about 6 or 7 years ago simply because I'm a mad Knights supporter. Later on, they all learnt that it's more of an apt name than they realised ... the famous Johns Brothers are my 2nd cousins. I've known since 1992 when they were both in the Knights lower grades, and I've watched their careers very closely ever since. I have Joey's first-grade debut on tape, both Andrew and Matty's Test debuts, and Joey's Warrington debut, as well as plenty of other games throughout the years.

I always had a laugh when I was called Johnsy for those first 2 years, because they had no idea how close they were! The bloodline is there, but I can assure you, the talent never quite made it my direction!

That's so cool!

I don't like bananas too much, no...:?

Maybe it's because I always insisted on wearing a bad-arse goatee that made me look mean....Because the nickname stuck when playing footy, too. Although that's probably more obvious...

I can't smile...I'm the Silent Hitman.

You run into me on the field, and SLAM! - back to the sheds you go. :fist:

If I smile, it looks creepy...

Angus Young is pretty bloody good too.
This coming Sunday, I'm going to an 8hr show here in Perth in aid of getting a Bon Scott statue erected in Fremantle. Remaining members of AC/DC, The Screaming Jets (good Newcastle band!), some members of Status Quo, Rose Tattoo, and several others I can't remember at this time will be playing songs from their own catalogue as well as AC/DC songs. It's gonna be a rockin' show! It's a Bon Scott memorial concert of sorts, with proceeds going to get this statue in Freo. I'll let you all know how it went after I get my hearing back on the following Thursday!

The two AC/DC eras were different, but I personally couldn't say for sure one was better than the other. Having said that, at a push, I'd agree that the Bon Scott era was better than the eras that followed.

See, I agree - I find humour in some of the most screwed up stuff ever. Tonight's episode of "Drawn Together" was a prime example...The joke about under-age exotic dancers tripling the amount of Japanese patrons at the club really cracked me up!

But Dani, I know where you're coming from. Really, I do. But by changing yourself, what are you really going to achieve? :?

I was pissing myself when Xandor came out and started dancing for Princess Clara's father- that pink g-banger he had on was a scream! Also never mind it when Foxxy and Princess have a nice little girly pash ;-)
