Don't get the second 1999?

You forgetting Moscow?
So in reality.
TT: 4 Euro cups.
TFOM: When did you last win
TT: 2001
TFOM: Is that it?
TT:1999.
WM: We won it in 2008.
TT: Erm, i just brought more fail to the forum.
WM: Yes you did, now put up a pic of Robben celebrating that year you didn't win the cup.
TT: Yeah i will have to do that, because i tried to be clever but i failed.
WM: Yes you did, now about wingers who have failed in the prem
TT: Nani
WM: Nope he is currently a champion of the league and is regarded as the leagues top winger unless you have supported Spurs for 5 mins.
TT: Dammit really? I guess i failed again.
WM: Yes you did.
City Fan: We spent a billion and won a game
WM: Well done, how goes the defence of the FA cup
City Fan: We won a moral victory. Our player should not be sent of as it was only a slight two footed lunge.
WM: ....
City Fan: We are a massive club with giant floodlights.
WM: Well done, where is TT i want to see what level of fail he will bring to the thread.
TT: Gomez is better than Rooney.
WM: Thanks.

I referenced it 5 times since you can't count because magpie is a parrot and that's all he brings up. It seemed obvious but maybe I have to dumb it down for the EL crowd.

The collective IQ Between the three of you is short of double figures.

United trolls grow on trees....sprouting from SAF's reddening face.

WM - Nani the best winger in the EPL?
This guy says hi.

Even this guy says hi, and he isn't even a winger.

oh i see.

The bolded one still made no sense. You need to give your sock puppet a different line there.

But yeah mentioning it 5 times makes it 5 times funnier i suppose. Guess it was the epic fail at the start that made me skim the rest of the TT story time.

By the way 1999 was a good match. I was there so i guess i'm ok to talk about it, forum rules and all. You weren't. But hey ho, i'm sure glad your glory hunting worked out well a few years later.

Now shush up, and put the Robben gif back up.

Bale says hi does he. Its good that he is such a nice chap. Heskey also, maybe they can all go out for lunch one day.

They are not as good as Nani at being a winger, but nice enough guys it seems. Failry irrelevant to the whole discussion though.

It makes sense but you're as sharp as a billiard ball.

Enjoy the EL

You see you have to stop with the enjoy the EL, because we are going to. We are playing another league winning team. Amusing really. If we had stayed in the Champions league we would be playing a team that FAILED to win there league.

Your sock puppet needs a new line. When your in your bedroom tonight pretending your hand supports United, and your getting all intimate he can't just reply 1999. Does not make sense. Especially as he has not just replied 1999 to everything in this thread.

Hence your actually in your room with your sock puppets actually imagining this conversation and making things up to feed your fantasy. Probably with Robben scoring on a loop on the PC.

Strange.

Uh-huh.
Bale the better crosser, passer, defender, faster, stronger, younger, more athletic, better in the air winger albeit less consistent and less selfish as well as being far more diverse in his roles and positions?

Barcelona want Bale.

Who wants Nani?

And HESKEEEY eats Nani allay every day :p

I'll make this simple for you.

Bale the better crosser Wrong, passer Wrong, defender, faster Wrong, stronger Wrong, younger, more athletic Wrong, better in the air winger albeit less consistent Wrong and less selfish as well as being far more diverse in his roles and positions Wrong.

So in affect he is younger (relevance to ability?), a better defender and better in the air. He is actually more consistent than Nani, just not as good at anything when it comes to being a winger.

He is a better left back though, i'll give you that one.

I suppose the Swiss champions are a step up too far in class for Manure and the La Liga champions have been like boys against men for your club.

I don't know what all this sock puppet talk is about but I'm sure you understand and that Doga will proclaim it to be funny despite not understanding it either.

 Only a troll or a moron could believe what you just wrote.

Nani's crossing has never been fantastic, Bale is renowned for delivering exceptional crosses very consistently. Some argue it's because his speed allows him to get into great positions but he delivers great crosses regardless of how tight he is to his markers, though obviously when he shifts to the right his crossing effectiveness is reduced somewhat and he more commonly either attempts to beat the player or cut in field.
I might concede the passing but having watched Nani plenty of times I don't see anything to suggest Nani is the better passer either.

 This is where it gets really good, even despite the fact we've already covered crossing.
Bale is a bullet and can leave Nani for dead quite easily when it comes to pace, you'd have to be kidding yourself if you think otherwise.
You think Nani is stronger than Bale? Do you even watch the two players? You say that despite the fact Bale is four inches taller and about eight kilograms heavier  Does Nani defy physics now? Both go down for fouls easily when they want to, Nani is more likely to be pushed off the ball. Does the fact Bale is quicker and the laws relating to acceleration and force have any bearing on your mentality?

Considering the big height and weight advantage Bale has over Nani, for Bale to be faster and much fitter sort of throws your 'Nani is the better athlete' argument out the window.

Bale's consistency has improved out of sight this season, and Nani's has declined, I'll agree.
Bale just happens to make Nani look like a schoolboy in every other department.

 Can Nani play wide left, wide right, centrally and at fullback? Can he play any of those roles more effectively than Bale?
Let's see....Nani is probably better on the right....can't play fullback, Bale beats him on the left and in the centre.
Nani can play as a striker though, but then again, we haven't seen Bale moved up front have we?
And yes, the age of Bale is relevant as he has a whole lot more growth in him.

Another argument trashed.

Nah, just not our year. You can't get to every final. Why making 3 in 4 years is so good.

The sock puppets? Work it out yourself mr high IQ and sharper than your average billiard ball.
I'll give you a clue. Its what you use in your bedroom tonight when your thinking about fellow forum users and what they may say to you..

Nani can play left wing, right wing and behind a front man more effectively than Bale yes. Thats because he is a better player. Thats his positions. We never signed him to replace Evra.

Bale is a better full back. He can cross well with his one good foot. Not so much on the other one. Nani delivers dangerous croses with both feet. Nani also scores cracking goals with both feet.
Like his first ever United goal for example.

This is Bale vs United from this season up against our future centre back.

If you see anything other than guy running in a straight line and has a good left foot i'd like to know what. Give me the time on the vid. Then we can compare notes.

Typical moron who has nothing other than two videos to back up his claims. Because apparently when his team is dominated, in the first game of the season for his team, that must be the best example.

Bale is a better player in almost every aspect of wing play. Nani is a better finisher, has better ball control and is more skillful. Funnily enough, you didn't even mention any of the parts of my post that exposé your baseless argument as nothing more than blind bias.
I know who Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho and a whole load of other coaches think is the better winger.

So your argument that Nani is a better crosser stems from the fact he is better on his right foot than Bale is on his, despite the fact Bale's crosses on his left are consistently far superior to what Nani produces?
The story of Spurs last season was that our target men - most commonly Crouch and Pavlyuchenko - couldn't finish anywhere near what was required of them. The amount of chances that Bale set up last year that they scuffed was astronomical. That he only had 3 assists was poor but given that he was far more likely to stay out wide and cross to strikers who can't finish is more indicative of how he has evolved his game this season more than anything else.
It's why using the game at the start of the season as the focus of your argument is absolutely laughable.

And again, you seem to think one game is indicative of a player's season or their ability. Going off that logic, Nani must be the worst winger in the EPL because he was dismal against Blackburn and couldn't deliver a quality cross for his life. I don't even have to talk about the Newcastle game do I?
Bale was poor against Swansea too. He improved significantly in the second half of the WBA game recently. Before those games, he blitzed Norwich.

But no, here's the part where one video equates to multiple season's worth of play, most of which isn't shown on highlights videos.
Come back when you have something to cling to.
I don't know why you bother honestly, hell, if David Silva counts as a winger then he makes both of them look like numpties anyway!

I want to go back to the part where you said Nani was faster, stronger and more athletic than Bale through disagreeing with my statement. No really, that heads off the long list of idiocy you've displayed here.
