D-Wade has been playing of his tits recently, averaging 38 points, 11 assists and 6 rebounds over his last five games. Its a shame he has very little chance to win the MVP this year, the guy deserves it.

I don't think Wade has a realistic chance, unless his teams wins 50 games. Sport writers in the US have some mythical idea that the 50 win mark is some kind barrier and anyone under 50 can't be given the award.

MVP award has never been the same since Nash won it back to back. Am i the only one that cries to think that Nash has won more MVP's than guys like Kobe, Shaq, Kidd, KG.

I think Shaq's been hurt by the fact that, apart from his Orlando days, he's been injured for 10-20 games nearly every season. Still doesn't exuse for Nash having more MVP's than him.
