I've always had a soft spot for S. Marion, would have loved to see him in a Lakes uniform, although i'm not sure if he could fit in our system.

Bucks starting to get it together now. Won 4/5 after a horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE, schedule to start the season (just shows what the NBA thinks of us, well FU Stern).

Bogut playing well, probably our MIP (and no Mclovin Jawai will never be better then Bogut and I <3 Jawai), MbahaMoute is a future DPOY candidate and even CV is playing defecne which is good as it boosts his value in a S&T.

BTW Lol at the Raptors.

Trade Odom for someone like Battier or another defensive type SF/PF. The lakers don't need Odoms offence and he's never really been a Phil Jackson triangle type of a player, more of a run n gun do you're own thing type imo. Battier will be a huge boost defensively...

Odom needs to go back to Miami. Trade him for Marion. Marion wants out, and Odom never wanted to leave Miami in the first place. Makes sense for both teams.

Also, Orlando won again today, making it 18 wins from the last 21 games \\\\:D/If only the Boston and Cleveland weren't on such a roll. Oh well.

Good 92-83 win by Lakers over Celtics. 2 best about the wins was A) Defense in 4th Quarter B) Kobe deffering to Gasol in the 4th. Still, the real question for LA will be whether they can beat the Celtics in Boston.

Not surprised at all. You should see the officiating on D.Wade at Heat home games. You can't so much as touch him without getting fouled.

D.Whistle is a great player indeed...But he's probably the most untouchable player in the league. You can't look at the guy without getting a call...

Another good win to the Hawks today, getting by the Pacers. I know it's only the Pacers but was the second game of a back to back and was at Conseco. That's 6 straight wins and 9 of our last 10 for a 21-10 record heading into 2009. After Boston, the Cavs and Lakers I'd put our starting 5 ahead of everyone else's. Problem will be our bench but if we can get through the season healthy, nobody is going to want a piece of us in a 7 game series.

Orlando the only other team i could think off, but i can't really argue with you. Whoever meets them in the playoffs will hope that they have home-court.

Boston lose another game, so much for matching the bulls season win total.

It's interesting how the "weakest division in the league" (South East) has suddenly turned into one of the better divisions with Orlando, Atlanta and Miami all in playoff slots. I certainly wouldn't want any piece of Atlanta in the playoffs. Not in the first round anyways. Still, we're only 2 games behind Boston. Yes, I can dream...:sarcasm:

What on earth is going on with Boston, a couple of weeks ago they people were talking about them matching the Bulls win total, now they've lost 5 of their last 7 games after a 114-106 loss to the Bobcats. Initially i thought the loss to the Lake Show would just be a one-off, seems to have had a more significant impact.

Regular season classic between Spurs and Lakers, with San Antonio winning 112-111. Kobe was great in the four quarter, tearing my hear out at Fishers foul on Mason :x.
