One thing I'd almost forgotten about is Atlanta's former number 5 pick Shelden Williams will be suiting up in an NBA Finals. Who would've thought it after watching him those first couple of years.
I still remember watching Williams at Duke and then hearing that the Hawks had promised to take him at 5 and thinking "WHAT FOR!!!" Kudos to him though, he kept his head down and kept working and whilst he'll never justify that number 5 pick, he's in a position that a lot of great players have never been in.
And, he is another legit banger the Celtics can throw in if needed. They probably lack the scoring punch that Powe brought off the bench among their big men stocks in 2008, but with Wallace, Davis & Williams, to go with Perkins & KG, that's a deep and versatile front-line. On the other hand, if Bynum is a bit gimpy or two of the Laker bigs get into foul trouble, they can only call up Powell or Mbenga - too guys that haven't seen a lot of minutes and are fairly limited.
It's probably the only area that I'd say the Celtics have a clear advantage - front-line depth.
