A situation I'm loving if this happens:

Lakers get Howard
Cleveland get Andrew Bynum
Magic get Anderson Varejao and picks & cap space.

I love this for the Cav's.

PG - Irving
SG - Waiters
SF - Gee
PF - Thompson
C - Bynum

6th man - Zeller

I actually like that Cavs line up. Irving and Bynum would be a sick combo.

If the Cavs get a genuine SF, they could be a good team.

The only downside is that the Lakers would be getting Howard...but apparently he is pissed that Kobe told him he'd be the 3rd option if he came to LA. lol.

Dwight would only have a 2 year window in my opinion to win a championship with LA, Nash, Kobe, Gasol and Metta are all to old.

Interesting stuff from the Mavs this off season. Missed D-Will and Dwight but have ended up with

Collison/Mayo/Marion/Dirk/Kaman/Carter/Brand.. Enough to make the 8 I guess and probably keeps Dirk happy but it would of been worth blowing it up and sending Dirk on his way imo.

Trading Dirk will never happen. He puts people in seats and can still play, plus he has a no trade cause in his contract. He'll retire a Maverick.

Dallas have made good moves that will keep them competitive this season and have a crack at the big free agents next year.

Jamison has signed for a year, i know he is old and did not have the most efficient season last year but as a 6th man with 3-4 other guys as the focus on offence, he can just spot up and shoot the ball, much needed punch to our bench.

We still need to find a backup SG cause our young guys like Morris, Goudelock and Johnson-Odom wont cut it.
