NBA Playoffs 2012

I can't believe we blew another one, we could of been up 3-1 so easily but the thunder have made us pay and should finish us off next game. I am absolutely spewing about today's game, I just knew throughout the game that we really never pulled away and finished them off. They were behind by about 7-10 and it just never felt safe and it came back to bite us, interesting times ahead for the Lakers and I think we are going to see a fair few players gone from this squad.

The MVP murdered fools today.

First person since 1961 to have a 40-18-9 playoffs game.

Spurs v Heat finals look good. And sort of poetic considering Lebron lost to the Spurs in the 07 finals.

Good thing D-Wade got the Heat in front during the third quarter and carried them down the stretch so James didn't have to worry about shrinking in the fourth quarter again (even though he still did). How can he play so well during quarters 1-3 then disappear continually during quarter 4?

19 points in the first half. 14 in the 3rd. 7 in the fourth.

He brought it across 4 quarters you stupid stupid hater.

His haters criticise him when he plays badly, putting huge weight into one game, then ignore his good games. He has carried Wade in this series. He just played one of the all time great playoffs games and the haters won't STFU.

If the Heat win this year and he gets Finals MVP you people will still find something to complain about.

If the Heat don't win this year, the Heat should attempt to trade Wade for Howard.

So 33 through three quarters and then 7 in the fourth? As I said, he shrunk in the fourth, again, but thank you for spelling it out. No doubt he has carried the Heat so far in this series (well, through the first 3 quarters of each game in this series) and D-Wade has rarely been sighted, but as proved today, no D-Wade in the fourth, no championship on South Beach.

I've been one of LBJ's biggest fans on these boards over the years, dating back to his Cavs days, but there comes a time when you've just got to face facts - he shrinks in big moments, simple as that.

Don't really care if some bandwagon Heat fan agrees with me or not - if they fall short again this year and the Big 2.5 is broken up, no doubt you won't be sighted around here.

Lol I bet you are a “diehard” heat fan... who went for the Cavs until about 2 years ago.

I personally think it's pretty rough to bag LeBron on todays performance, I mean he's the only reason why the Heat stayed close in the 1st half.

Problem for the Heat is if it's gonna take that much from Wade and LeBron to eek out a win against the Pacers then they're not gonna go much further IMO

Bagging Lebron?...really?

40pts, 18 Reb, 9 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks.

WTF else do you idiots want him to do?

Far out I hate the Heat but it was Wade's shit play that cost them the last two games and it was the first time in over a month he's looked good.

Then Battier is having a career low year and Chalmers is useless....

How anyone can try blame Lebron...lol. Sorry...but that's ridiculous.

The guy can't bloody win even if he dominates...he still wont get credit.

I don't even like him but people constantly slamming the bloke has me feeling sorry for him. He's the only player that's consistently turned up each game in that team.

If the Heat get past the Pacers they'll get past Boston. Boston is basically Indiana with less depth.

But right now the favourites have to be the Spurs followed by the Thunder.

Spurs-Thunder WCF should be awesome to watch. Won't be surprised if it goes 6 or 7 games.

How about dominate the fourth quarter like he dominates the first three. f**k, I'll settle for PLAY in the fourth quarter like he plays in the first three. The dude flat out plays different. Anyone who says otherwise watches box scores and reads Brian Windhorst but doesn't watch the games.

No doubt Wade is struggling, and as I said previously - no Wade in the fourth quarter, no championship on South Beach. That's not me "hating" or "death-riding" the Heat - f**k, I love watching LBJ play (at least during the first three quarters) - that's just the simple fact based on many years of watching these guys plays. If people don't agree, then you flat out don't watch the games and don't understand basketball.

And to assert Boston is Indiana with less depth is just embarrassingly stupid. Boston has three bona fide Hall of Famers, a boderline fourth HoF (Rondo), 5 years of playing (and winning) together and a championship winning coach. Indiana's third best player is either George Hill or Roy Hibbert. f**k me. Stick to watching the Bunnies play you f**king genius.

Is that the only time you come on here?
When Lebron actually has a good playoff game? lol

Boston is on the decline. Indiana is on the rise. Pacers are going to win a lot more games overall in the next 5 years than the Celtics.

The '08 celtics were elite. Not the '12 celtics. 3 of their top 4 players are ancient, and unlike the Spurs, their age is actually showing.

And if you watched as much Basketball as you claimed you wouldn't underrate Roy Hibbert. The guy is an all star and will continue to be for years.
