This was a bit of a let down.

Saunders Expects Wall To Deal With Tendonitis Over Long-Term

Dec 15, 2010 5:32 PM EST

John Wall has missed ten of his first 23 games to begin his NBA career because of a variety of injuries.

Wall missed Tuesday's game against the Lakers because of right knee tendonitis.

Washington coach Flip Saunders isn't going to sit Wall for an extended period of time because team doctors have advised that the rookie guard could wake up any day and be ready to play despite the prospect of dealing with the nagging knee issue over the long-term.

"I don't think, with his situation, having tendonitis, that he's ever going to be pain free from that," said Saunders.
"So I think what we're going to do is we're going to monitor it. That's the approach we're taking, but the reason we say day-to-day is because these things, when you go through them, all of a sudden you might wake up the next day and they might be good to go. That's why we're handling it that way."

Wall has also dealt with a sprained left foot and a bruised left knee this season.

I like JR but I don't see the bulls being able to land him.
Yeah not sure they have the pieces but he's everything they need:

* legit 2-guard
* 3-point threat
* another shot creator / ball-handler

His biggest weakness (apart from his crazy-ness) is his defence, but under Thibodeau maybe he'll blossom - got the athletic ability to be good on that end.

Man Knicks-Celtics game of the season for sure.

Pierce hits the winner with .4 to go, Amare' hit a 3 to win the game, but didnt beat the buzzer.

Knicks offense was insane the entire game. Theres no team tougher than Celtics, incredible win for them.

Disappointed that Harlan didn't pull out the "no regards for human life".

Don't mean to take anything away from the dunk, but shouldn't that technically have been a charge? Neal did a good job of setting his feet and being outside the protected circle.

How about Manu eh? Hits the game winner against the Bucks, then against Denver puts the Spurs up ahead by one with 6 secs to go, then draws a charge on Melo as his potential game winner went in.

How about the balls on the refs for making that call.

It’s no secret that playing alongside Andre Miller frustrates Brandon Roy. Miller keeps Roy from handling the ball as much as he wants and doesn’t spread the floor enough for Roy’s liking.

After Monday’s loss to Memphis, Roy all but blamed his struggles this season on Miller, saying “I wasn't that slow until you put a guy who is kind of slow next to me. I've always been kind of slow. Not to be controversial at all, but I was slow my rookie year, and now it's ...’’

I'm no medical expert, but maybe those knees have something to do with it?

If I were the Magic, the only way I take on Arenas is if it allows me to shed Rashard's contract. God can you imagine having those two albatrosses on your books?
