Ridders thoughts of Fisher? Hes poor play is really costing the Lakers this season imo. Hes not good enough to start any more and I dont think Blake is good enough to run the team either.

I think the Lakers would really regret not getting Hinrich last off season.

I've given up on bashing Fisher. Did it non-stop for the last two seasons, and both seasons he showed up when the team needed him in the playoffs. We'll see how it goes this time around.

He probably is one of the worst starting PG's in the league atm (of the top of my head I can't think of a worse one).

Yeah he came up big in the play offs no doubt. But his play this season has sunk to a new low imo, he looks horrible out there, shooting 36% from the field this season. Interesting times ahead indeed.

I didn't see it that way," Thibodeau said of Bosh's comments. "I saw it as a great hustle play. Omer's not that type of guy. He's not going to ever try to take somebody out. He plays hard, he plays clean. He wants to win. Sometimes people say things [in the] heat of the moment after a game so ... And Chris is a tough player. Actually, he hit the floor in the first half in a similar play with Derrick, so I didn't see it that way.
Thibs has a hilarious voice to listen to.

Some good performances today so far. Triple double for Rose, 41 for Amar'e and a massive 47 and 14 for Blake Griffen.

Al Horford had a nice stat line - 23 points (10 of 16 shooting), 9 rebounds, 6 assists, 7 blocks. Good come from behind win by the Hawks as well. Definitely want to lock in that 4th or 5th spot our East.

Go Hawks. Lost Horford at the start of the third and still pulled it out. Both LBJ and Wade played which makes it all the sweeter.

LOL@ Joel Anthony - 1 turnover, no shot attempts, no free throw attempts, no assists. Even with two gifted creators flanking him.

Yet the commentators were going nuts cause he grabbed 16 rebounds lol Really a big win by the Hawks, they had 15 less free throw attempts (nothing new when versing Miami) and as you said lost Horford in the 3rd, big road win.

Raptors waive Peja. Assuming he clears waivers, he intends to sign with Mavs. Are they trying to assemble the oldest roster in the NBA, or perhaps recreate the 2004 Western Conference All-Star squad (Dirk, Peja, Marion.....)?

Mavs also to trade Ajinca to Raptors for draft picks (to clear roster spot).

The 2000 All Star squad in Boston have aged a heck of a lot better.
