Cheers thats alot easier.

The sad thing with the Thabeet pick is that at time, alot of people thought he'd be a bust. And he's definitely lived up to expectations.

The Celtics must be planning something. Why would they trade away both Perkins and Erden?

Like that Celts / Thunder trade for both sides. Celtics get a useful reserve which will be needed as Daniels is looking like he's out for the season. Major reliance on both the O'Neals AND Rondo to stay healthy though.

Thunder get a legit centre who's still young to add to their core. That is a major upgrade, Collison is still an effective defender and has some use so in a bench role he's not too bad. Ibaka has come along in leaps and bounds this year, if Harden and Robinson can come off the bench and provide some spark, then they could be a serious threat out West.

I wouldn't be confident in having Gordon as my primary ball handler. I think he'd be best with a playmaking PG next to him. I wonder if we'll see them promote Bledsoe back into the starting lineup? (although Mo will in all likelyhood get the start).

Mo is definitely the better shooter, although he's been shooting absymally (is that a word?) this season. Something like 38% FG% and 26% 3PT%. In saying that, I'd expect that to improve as his situation's improved and him to shoot near his career numbers.

My final judgement on the trade will probably rest on what pick that Clippers No.1 ends up being.
With Mo and Gordon to share the ball-handling it's not that bad. Plus before he went down, Gordon was making a huge case for MIP - his assist numbers, turnover ratio and usage rate were way up. So he's not that bad a ball-handler.

But also check out Griffin's passing numbers. I've mentioned it before, but they've improved month on month as he's become more comfortable passing out of double teams. With dead-eye shooters in Mo & Gordon, as opposed to Brick Davis, that's only good things for the Clippers.

That Brooks trade is interesting as well. Thought Dragic was being groomed as Nash's replacement? Brooks is a shoot-first point so I don't see him fitting in with the current Suns but if Nash is moved over the summer then maybe they'll re-tool around Brooks.

Thabeet, man what a bust. I actually think I'd rather have Darko than that chump. Or even the Kandi Man.

Poor Jeff Green. He goes from one situation where a better player is slotted into his best position, straight into another team where the same thing is evident.

I'm assuming that Delonte's going to be the Celtics main back-up PG?

I guess the only risk for OKC is that Perkins is an unrestricted free agent this off-season.

Let's not go too far.

The other worry for the Celts with that Perk trade is he's Rondo's best mate, so they might have to manage him a little bit.

Also who thought it would be a good idea to have an injury prone player like Crash in Portland? Guy's knees are going to fall off.

Nazr Mohammed to the Thunder as well?! Missed that one. Great move. He's not tremendous, but has a nice little jumper and will provide solid back-up behind Perk.

The more I think about it, the more I like that Perk trade for the Thunder. Westbrook-Sefolosha-Durant-Ibaka-Perkins w/ Harden-Robinson-Collison and now Mohammed off the bench? Solid, solid team. Looks like they've finally pushed some of their chips in and have committed to a Durant-Westbrook-Ibaka core with some solid pieces around them.

With the trades the Cs have made, wonder if they've got the inside running on the bought-out Troy Murphy....?

I like the deal for the Thunder as they needed a true 5 but I would have liked to of seen them go for a 5 with a little more offense next to Ibaka.

Their defense now is crazy. I just think they need another big man who can score though. Nothing major but their bench just needs someone who can help Durant and Westbrook.. I guess Nate can score in bunches off the bench for them though so it might not be as bad as I think. Collison I guess can do it...

Or this..

Rasheed Wallace may be considering a comeback to the Celtics, according to sources.

Boston has a need for a big man following their trade of Kendrick Perkins for Jeff Green on Thursday.

Sources say Wallace would contemplate resuming his NBA career if a roster spot on the Celtics opened up.

Geez that would be hilarious if he comes back. Been saying all year he won't but imagine how out of shape he'd be? How big would the spare tyre be? I want this to happen now.

Plus can you imagine him with the new tech rules?

This is just full of win.

Just saw on Marc Stein's twitter (who's usually on the money) that Murphy, TJ Ford, Kapono and Jared Jeffries are all likely buy-out guys. Could see the Cs going after Murphy and Ford, Heat (or even Thunder) maybe showing some interest in Kapono and nobody showing interest in Jeffries.

Wonder if Battier will be bought out? Seems strange that the Grizz would keep him around?

The Grizz are gunning for 8th in the west so I can see them keeping him.

I want Bibby to get bought out and to go to the heat. I'd like to see him get a ring...

Kinda agreed - I don't want the Heat getting a ring! If he's bought out he would absolutely thrive in Boston.

What about the Lakers?

We're used to our PG's getting molested defensively, so he'd fit right in.

I love that Perkins trade for the Thunder, now they're a legit contender in the West against the bigger teams they'll meet in the playoffs but what the hell were the Celtics thinking? JO7 is out until April or May, Shaq is hampered by niggling injuries so now it is down to KG, Davis and Krstic. I don't like it all for them, Perkins was huge in the 2008 finals his absence was a key reason why the Lakers won last year, the C's didn't need to make a move like that just move Daniels on and keep it how it is. Time will tell though.
