maybe our Victor Radley in a couple seasons?

Dylan is intense

Dylan Egan

The 19-year-old Gerringong Lions junior has signed an upgraded and extended contract that will move him into the club’s development list in 2024 before he joins the top 30 in 2025. The SG Ball skipper graduated to the Jersey Flegg team earlier this season before making his Knock On Effect Cup debut in the round eight win over the Roosters. He has since played seven KOE Cup games although he has now unfortunately been ruled out for the rest of this season with a knee injury.

Seemed shorter to me..
He will become a fan favourite if he makes it to NRL

I don't care what anybody else says, I think that we should have persevered with Tristan Sailor.

To me he offers good quality as a fullback. He has grown and put on more muscle and is not scared to take risks and is safe with high ball catches. He has a great cut out pass and deft kicking into the in goal.

Unfortunately, the Broncos have him for the next couple of years and will give good service to that club over those years.

Another guy that would have been good is Averillo who is signed up to join the Dolphins next year.

Hopefully the likes of Sloan and/or Lomax will develop for us under Flanno.

I think Dave that because we had De-Belin already in a mess, the club couldnt afford the luxury of looking after Sailor as well, which I agree with you it was a shame. I know his old man was furious that the Dragons didnt support him and I doubt very much if he would ever let him come back.

Yep, understood justa. Such a shame. I could see so much potential in Sailor even during the little time he played first grade under Mary.

I agree that the club could not do much for Sailor because of the problems the club went through with the JDB case.

Sailor will mature into a really good man and player and like you, I cannot see him coming back our way ever now.

I think you will find Sailors legal stuff and infact when he was charged was after we let him go or after end of season when he was not resigned.

Correct.
It was the same genius who let Robson/Leilua/Host/Garrick and Saab go.
But I blame Hunt, just because I enjoy blaming him for everything. I'm sure it's his fault that interest rates keep going up too.
That was Hooks call re Sailor as Host. The others were McICanCoachJustAskMe

Yep you are right BLM01, there were mutterings at the club before it came out in a public forum, so they had him targeted to be let go.
