TT plays for Manly. He's shit

And your entire forward pack is just pathetic. Apart from Tamou literally none of them should be there.

Have you ever watched Wade Graham play football? He's like 1/8th of the player that Gillett is.

Noob.

Below is James Hooper's 'exclusive prediction' for the team.

Moylan
Mansour
Jennings
Dugan
Ferguson
Maloney
Pearce
Gallen
Farah
Woods
Jackson
Cordner
G.Bird

Tamou
Klemmer
Cartwright
J.Bird

Thoughts? Is he way off?

Better then I thought it would be. To me the obvious mistakes are Jackson and personally I'd have Fifita over Klemmer. Happy with either Moylan/Coote at 1 and Cartwright on the bench. At least it gives me hope we will make it exciting.

My team:

1. Dugan
2. Roberts
3. Jennings
4. Fergo
5. Radradra
6. Maloney
7. Coote
8. Woods
9. Ennis
10. Tamou
11. Cornder
12. Merrin
13. Gallen

14. Peachy
15. Klemmer
16. Fifita
17. Cartwright/Graham/Frizz

I'd pick that if all available and fit.

Obviously Semi is out so chuck in Mansour.

Graham should have been playing the last few years anyway.

18th man can be G. Bird. Shit merkin of a human but a sensational player and an even better Origin player.

You could chuck Frizz or Carty in the second row and chuck Merrin back on the bench to make a monster pack.

Ferguson showed tonight that he shouldn't be in the centres.

Some of his defensive reads were disgraceful.

Have most people lost sight of the fact that other than the Sharks most of the teams populated by the majority of those who are being scrutinised for Blues Origin selection are playing like shit?

It really seems that 11 series on from 2006, Queenslanders(old and young Queenslanders at the same time) are the ones who seem to be pushing forward the boundaries of excellence within the game?

Is it really any wonder that QLD have dominated SOO for that long? Should NSW really be confident that they have QLD's measure in any way shape or form?

When will NSW acknowledge that the overhaul of their Origin strategy that was supposed to have taken place after the 2010 whitewash has been a dismal failure?

The NSW administration's strategy of poorly imitating the QLD Origin strategy has been nothing more than the triumph of style over substance. Cosmetic cloaking of the flaws will never achieve results when fundamental change is what is required. Nothing has changed since 2010. If anything the deluded belief that improvement has been attained puts the Blues deeper into a hole than they were in 2010.

NSW Blues. They haven't got anything going for them but delusion. Imitation is not a worthwhile substitute for a real currency.

Thank you also for your empty words.

Josef Goebbels said:

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.

The trouble with that philosophy is that what is being repeated is a lie. Reality will eventually prove that its words hold no substance. The Blues have been happy to lie to themselves. They(like Goebbels said) have come to believe their own lies. The facts have shown that they are empty words.

Watch Daley flee from reality when he makes his assessment of his team.

Because people are willing to try anything to make sure the nuffies from the last few years to get a run again. Pearce, Reynolds, Hogdkinson....Moylan has a shitload more vision and ball playing ability then any of those 3 plodders. Whether he can run a team and defend remains to be seen,, id just pick him at FB and go with A Reynolds and Maloney.

I agree with this, Moylan is a great footballer he will be an rep player for a long time.
There is obviously no chance that Laurie will pick him at 5/8 but I would hate to see someone get destroyed at Origin level and shatter their confidence.

I'd be happy to pick him at FB or as a Utility.

Id say for this season he is a FB or nothing, he could do the utility role but I think there are players better suited to it then Moylan. Ill get bagged for this but id have Josh Reynolds as the utility. I don't particularly rate him as a half but he can cover it if needed, same for hooker. I think the energy he brings would be great to bring on late in the half, just bring him on in the backrow and tell him to just run constantly for 15 minutes, bring Cartwright on at the same time and tell Reynolds to stay attached to his hip.

If not Reynolds then J Bird or Peachey.
