Rugby league is definitely on the slide and AFL is on the up. All the stupid rule changes, useless refs and touchies, and the bunker is just a lottery!
Not to mention the TPA’s being lop sided and in effect nullifying the salary cap for some favoured clubs.

Playing against the team in last place would be the ideal game for Souths to rest injured players. The Saints need to lift a lot to match Souths forwards. and Sullivan and Sloan need to shine in attack for us to have any chance of a victory.

Ryan Coachman just made 51 tackles no misses in reserves playing lock. 80 minutes, 178 mtrs.
How he's not in the top 17 is beyond me, he does similar stats week in week out and his first grade appearances have been not just strong but he looks a born first grader.
