:x Don't give chairman Victorian idea's.LOL if Langer gets the gig.
Tugga is busy with his buisness and charity commitments. Also i'm not sure if this is still the case his wife was quite ill for a time so he probably isn't keen being away from the family to much. And Junior would still be busy with Fox and his horses. AB has been there and done that so i doubt he would be keen to come back. I still believe Boof would make a great selector, shame he is now coaching the Bulls he always had a great cricket brain.Tugga has already been quoted as saying he doesn't want a coaching job.
I do think he would be a no nonsense selector, as would Junior. Its not a full time job, AB was doing commentary when he was a selector so Junior could still do his cushy commentary job, same with Tugga.
God no, even though Langer is now assistant coach. f**ked knows how our batting has been terrible since he took over.:x Don't give chairman Victorian idea's.
Thats what we need, not suckholes like Neilsen,Langer and co.agree with Boof, he was a straight shooter
Gee he's having a whinge on Foxsports this morning saying he has been let down by Cricket Australia which sort of indicates he was tapped on the shoulder as he will not be reapplying for the new position.
Its his choice if he doesn't want to reapply, not sure why he's blaming CA.
Happy to see the end of him, be interesting to see who gets the interim job.
I love his comment 'I feel hurt that I have to reapply for the job'.
You were shit at it you fool, why shouldn't you have to reapply and justify why you should have it?
Tim Nielsen will head South Australia's emerging Redbacks program

CRICKET: Two days after quitting as Australia's coach, Tim Nielsen has taken up a new position with South Australian cricket.
Nielsen will head SA's Emerging Redbacks program, an academy-style system aimed at developing the state's uncontracted cricketers.
He resigned as national coach following Australia's 1-0 Test series victory in Sri Lanka, which finished on Tuesday.
The 43-year-old said yesterday he had been unwilling to "put myself back in the mixer" and re-apply for his coaching job but refused to elaborate on the "personal decision".
The coaching position was thrown open by the wide-ranging Argus review into Australian cricket detailed a month ago.
"Four weeks ago the review findings were handed down and I felt that made it quite difficult for me to continue in the role I was doing with Australian cricket," Nielsen said in Adelaide.
"Coincidentally, at the same time I caught wind of a role being advertised in South Australian cricket. And with my family being based here, and myself being in the position I was, I spoke to the SACA over the last couple of weeks and as it turns out, this is where I have finished up."
Nielsen, who played 101 first-class matches for SA until he retired in 1999 and shifted to coaching, admitted the sudden change had been unexpected.
"If you had of spoken to me a month ago, I certainly didn't expect to be standing here to be honest with you," he said.

OOOHHH AAAHHH Glen McGrath.
Langer as Batting coach.
That American guy as fielding coach.
Big Glen as head coach and bowling coach.
He was one of the first players to go through sporting academies from a junior, so he knows the modern processes back to front, and he is one mean competitor who won't settle for running second.
The fact that he was a poor fielder and couldn't bat doesn't mean anything. He has 'guys' who do that.
