No Cash under the Cap

It's obvious there are not going to be any high profile recruits for 2010 but surely we could bring a few ex-panthers back to where they belong on limited money.

What about Alex Ranieri. Been going great guns with Shellharbour.

Brendon Hlad always rated him. Too good for Cessnock.

These are just two possibilities, there are many others who would be handy depth signings on limited money.

Any other suggestions guys.

Yep. We should look at bringing Craig Gower home. We need a bit more depth at hooker, and he would also be able to help our young halves improve their game.

Not that it would ever happen. Gower wouldn't sign for less then $100k, so we wouldn't be interested.

I've always thought Ross didn't seem to have his heart in it at Cronulla. If he has a decent run with injuries I think he'd go a lot better for us.
Again, if he had a good run with injuries I thought Tame Tupou would of made a nice signing, but the Tigpies have him now.

No thanks, couldn't hold down a spot in the Canterbury 1st grade side last year, Warrington couldn't get rid of him quickly enough either, We have Masada Iosefa,Joel Romelo, Ray Nasso and Luke Clydesdale we don't need any more

Sullivan hasn't done a great deal for a long time and would only be signed on match payments. Not a realistic recruit.

well penrith management appear to have found a way around the cap.Just dont tell anyone officially you have signed anyone.Still not officially announced on Simmons but is in every newspaper
