No team has ever won the premiership after conceding 50pts in a regular season match

I believe there is two stats that do rule them out.
No team has lost 5 of their first 6 and won the comp.
And no team has lost 6 in a row and won the comp.

5 losses in a row and recovered to win the premiership has been done twice that I'm aware of, Broncos '06 and Storm '12.

I'm still sticking with the "conceding 50 points" logic only. In that the Dragons are still in it to win it in 2026.

Jokes aside - not going to happen. For obvious reasons that we are crap.

And ignoring that fact that no team has won from 0-6 to start the season. But there's no topic in here for that. So i'm going to ignore that fact. lol.

To make things a little more interesting week by week, we could try guessing how many 50s are going to happen on that weekend. For this weekend, I'm going conservative and saying 0 or 1.
