Hydralyte works wonders. Great after a dusty night out.

Also try activated charcoal. Throw in a magnesium tablet too. Swish that down with a dram of single malt and you are good to go.

You can buy hydralyte ice blocks and also a drinkable one thats a little thing that dissolves in water similar to borroca.

I spend a small fortune on them each year for my guys in PNG. I get the powder sachets delivered from the states, I think they are rice based. I know a couple of American Special Forces Doctors, they put me onto them. I can’t remember the brand, but I don’t think you can buy them in Aus.

We got onto them with sick kids. Hospital basically said if they're throwing up a lot keep them hydrated with this amd don't stress eating too much.
