2 million to each boxer for their efforts

There's a pic on the net doing the rounds

Has Mundine lying on the floor and Horne over him with the caption
"You wont stand for the national anthem, how about lying down for it"

Incidentally (and conveniently) the national anthem was canned due to time constraints lol

In hindsight, they probably would have had time for the anthem...

I wonder if it was canned on purpose due to Mundines antics or maybe request for it not to be played?
I really do not see how an extra 2-3 mins would make a difference.

Signed up to Kayo today... First impressions are very positive. Best thing to have come out of a News Corp organisation for some time....

I gave up pay TV in all its forms years ago. I reckon I gave Foxtel more than 15K over the years. I don't miss it at all. As far as any other option is concerned, there's more than enough free entertainment on here.

Kayo seems to be the same cost as basic Foxtel plus sport. So what do you get extra in sport that is not part of the fox sports package ?

$15K. How is that possible?

We signed up way back in the day when pay TV was the new thing to have. Two outlets in the house with the premium package, young kids, etc. $144.00 a month averaged over 15 years. You don't need a calculator. We probably took five years too long to pull the pin, but back in the day it was the norm.

Kayo is basically Netflix, but it’s just Fox Sports channels instead of tv shows or movies. At $25 per month, it’s about half what it would cost to watch Fox Sports if you have Foxtel, I think the basic Foxtel package plus sports is $52. I gave up Foxtel about 2.5 years ago, was paying something like $90 a month back then.

Kayo is exactly what sports fans have been crying out for, Fox Sports without the other Foxtel rubbish. Furthermore,I’ll be able to watch the golf on the train on Friday and Monday mornings on the way to work

I'm hoping they develop a Kayo app for LG TV's wobOS. Canned Foxtel at the end of last year but if they can develop an app for my TV then I'm signing up.

Forget the TV built-in OS, be it Sony, LG etc. Get yourself an Apple TV. For $250 it has all the apps you'll ever need including Netflix, Stan, Prime and Kayo. I have never been an Apple fan boi, but have to concede that the Apple TV is beautiful to use. Streams in 4K too.
