I heard someone once refer to it rather amusingly as "Slurry Hills". Still makes me chuckle thinking about it...

Theres been alot of work done to fancy places up, but then the streets are filthy with bit of rubbish here n there, vomit and dog shit on every corner .... and crazy f**kers here and there

I hated surry hills at first but it grew on me .... though its pretty grubby around the streets

I’d never live there but it’s a cool

Aslong as it take to get to Penrith.
45-50mins

It takes a lot longer than 45min to get to the city from Penrith in peak hour . I use to live in Beecrocft 15 years ago and it would take more than 45 min to get to the city in peak hour. Penrith in peak hr would take over an hr easy these days.
