Yep I just checked that too. I never like using my turn on horses. I know nothing about them, I always miss watching the race and I never win.....but I do like a hot tip!

Over the last few weekends I’ve been looking at property in the Eastern Suburbs. There really are some beautiful spots out there but my God it’s expensive.
Love the vibe there. People seem to be more beautiful too but they must be pricks.

Mrs Avenger’s tastes however way exceed our budget and I don’t think she will be as close to the Harbour as she wants unless we opt for an apartment which I’m resistant to.

A client of mine is thinking about this. It would cost you an extra $10m if it was up my way. Cheap as chips. Stay where you are and enjoy the lifestyle IMHO.

That’s around the corner from my joint. It is nice. Funny shaped block. If he didn’t subdivide the section in front it would be worth $6m. But still a bargain. Where are you at?

Im close to there now.
I'd stay here but wont afford a place. Dulwich Hill,Lewisham and Marrickville are a bit cheaper and Marrickville has a bit more of a buzz of the 3. It has a good music scene and bars etc.
Stanmore,Summer Hill,Petersham would be preference if could afford it.
