Well, now that buggery has been brought to the fore, it quite obviously all makes sense.

If I'm to be honest, I never considered the buggery angle, but in future I'll try to ensure I do.

For your info, that is $40 million short of the 2-story apartment that sold next door at 1 Sydney Harbour.
