The car ran out and I looked at the gauge - it said I had just under half a tank left.
Little did I realise it had gotten stuck.

I may have run out of petrol once. Many years ago. Not while the car was moving. Went to movies. Knew i was rather low but had been that low before - surely i knew how far i could push it :lol:. Parked on a hill. So i think that meant the petrol that was left couldnt be used.

It f**ked the car too. Lots of shit got in the fuel system and the filter was f**ked. The car broke down a few times afterwards.

I ran out of petrol about 5 metres short of the browser, f**king hose wouldn't reach, had to push the car 5 metres.

f**king big 4WD, had to get people to help me. Much embarrassment.

There are probably worse places to run out of petrol than 5 metres from a bowser in a petrol station.

You could have borrowed a Jerry can

I ran out of petrol the other week and managed to roll about 500m down a slight incline past Dulwich Hill train station and some shops to a servo down the bottom of hill. Im still proud of the achievement.

Yes, the man with the remarkable ability to speak without ever closing his lips. My other half is going to be distraught, she loves Rickman almost as much as David Tennant.
