I do, comes with the kit. Original gravity was about right and am due to test again in four or five days. Til then I guess I'm supposed to just stare at it, cursing it to hurry up.
No, three to four weeks. I'll make it three. Been about 2 1/2 days. But yeah, definitely need more bottles or you can't start again until you've drunk it all, and it makes about two cases.
I don't know if any of you merkins have tried to change lanes in one of these f**kers but it is an absolute pain in the sphincter.

Dry hopping in the last 5-7 days will make it taste less like pre-packaged plop.
That would be too much of a project for me. That said, just reading now it seems like it should be two weeks before bottling and minimum two weeks before drinking, but probably more like 4-5 weeks til it's at its best. Bloody hell.

And it's a good thing I'm testing it cos as I've shown gravity is clearly decreasing.
