Looks like I've got plenty of time to look into it. But as it's my first go I dunno if I wanna get too fancy.

Just did gravity test btw, has dropped to 1013 from 1040. FG is supposed to be about 1008. Doesn't taste too good though.

There's a homebrew thread in the FFB. You should check it out.

I don't know that any are marine biologists, but yes.
Was just having a look. Doesn't get a lot of traffic but it seems clear a few of them know what they're talking about. I might go in and and set them straight, given I've now been at this for a couple of days. They'll love it.

Played golf yesterday with Ben Ikin. It kills me to say this, but he is arguably one of the nicest human beings that I have ever met.

I can make salami but just the one. A little one.

It only costs about $100 for the beer kit so I thought why not. You'd probably be good at it as maintaining a stable temperature seems important, so I'm sure you could rig up something.

If I made a beer it would sell out too fast, that is my concern and why I haven't entered the market. I couldnt keep up with demands and I just dont need thst type of pressure in my life.

Looks close enough for mine. Though could be a mouse spider. ( Top pic, Funnel web bottom pic.)

looking at the photo it's hard to tell, but the link I got those pics from the most obvious difference is the eye grouping on the carapace. Funnel webs eyes are in a bunch in the centre ( closely grouped ) and a mouse spiders are spread across the front of the carapace fairly evenly and relatively wider spaced.

Take a macro of it's "head" and you should be able to tell.
