I just wanna brew beer that's about as good as the stuff I usually buy, which isn't craft beer. And for less than it would cost to buy. And with minimal effort. I'm hoping that by paying attention to temperature control and sanitation that it's possible. Maybe I'm dreaming but plenty of people claim it's achievable. And even if it's not I'll still get drunk trying.

If you've got patience and you are methodical then you'll get there.

I have neither which is why I was f**ken useless.

Why full moon?

And what would you recommend to heal the soil from tomatoes? .. i usually grown cherry tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, pak choy, chillies each year .... but havent done anything this year ... will my year off help the soil?

It's a weird place. I had an enormous breakfast there maybe a year ago for about $9. I couldn't work out how they could even buy the ingredients at that price. Maybe Soren gave them tips. I love the joint. I think I learnt to swim there.
