What does the NE stand for?
New England. Originally started in Vermont but now synonymous with the New England region.

Lots of hops but low bitterness due to the use of late additions. Think super juicy with plenty of tropical fruit. It’s purposely brewed to be hazy as well so you also get a very smooth mouthfeel.

Aussie craft brewers are producing a shyteload of them at the moment.

Im actually going to do an IPA style beer with some Galaxy hops next week. Sounds like it might be similar.

^^^^ What they said.^^^^ They are all the rage ATM and I thought i'd give it a halfhearted crack. ( extract brewer and cbf doing an oats steep) It is cloudy due to the diacetyl rest i gave over the last few days and not an oats steep. the colour is spot on and the tropical juice is there. I'm very happy with how it tasted in the tube.

Unless you are using a yeast like London III or Vermont to get it cloudy and dry hop with about 6 tonnes of Galaxy it won’t really be a NEIPA.
