6 agains or penalties refs are still going to be inconsistent with them.

I'd rather have 6 again than penalties in 90% of times

You get that quickly before the defence gets set or the old way. You'd wait 15 or so seconds to be able to kick to touch. Then have to wait for ref and both teams back. Then restart against a fresh and set defence line

The rules changing really dont change much as refs are just wildly inconsistent with the calls regardless. They give more 6 agains then they did penalties. But still tend to favour one team for them and not make calls at all in close games near fulltime.

Needs to be absolutely blatant for them to do it
