I only watched the mini of Panthers v Sharks, but manly how much more impressive those teams were. Structure in attack, crisp passing.
I think they should take the top 4 teams from year befote once everyone had a go.

I watched both games, the difference between us and the other 3 teams was ridiculous. Fogarty/Strange, Trindall and Cleary were all incredibly sharp. The shape of the Sharks and Panthers was so impressive, these are well coached teams that know exactly what they're doing at every point on the park

I think me serious questions need to be asked about the ability of our coaching staff. No wonder Agar was a bit touchy.

Second game was excellent. Trindall was superb and IMO, overshadowed his million dollar half partner yet again. And seeing AFB scoring from close gave me PTSD.

But gees Penrith just picked up where they left off. If Cleary and Yeo stay fit, the 5-peat is definitely on. Upfront Leota showed he doesnt need Fish alongside him to dominate the middle, and Papalii had a couple of nice carries on the edge showing the benefit of running off Cleary. He could end up being a massive pick up for them.

Only disappointment was McLean getting a cat 1 early. Laurie did really well but was looking forward to seeing how the young fella would go.
