I honestly think there was far more intent in the NAS incident. Clenches his fist, eyes directly on his target, pulls his arm back initially to increase the impact then follows through.
To me it looks like Barnett was attempting to push away and around Smith but caught him on the chin. No cocked elbow. He wasnt even looking at Smith. He was looking past him attempting to get to the guy with the ball. Seriously careless but no intent. Smith actually was stopping in the line, typical Penrith tactic.

How anyone can have this guy in his 3 piece suits and square pocket sit there on our tellies and ask him to try to analyze anything more difficult then who won a game of noughts and crosses and how is beyond me. Tell me again, why we care that the Tigers are constantly imploding by their own hand?

I for one couldn't give a stuff and the way I see it, they are probably our main rivals in our catchment area for players, so the worse they are the better for us to pick off their players. May they always be failing and at the bottom of the ladder. That way it won't be that hard to convince their better players to come next door to play with a finals contention team.

Perfect scenario would be that they just keep missing out on the finals for the next 20-30 years and they lose more and more supporters and finances start to suffer big time, then eventually they bite the bullet and move to another city or State, leaving all that area to be dissected by us, Dogs and Panthers. Lets not forget a big chunk of their catchment used to be ours before they merged and expanded.

May the Tiger always have no teeth. Long live the EELS!

For a english frontrower he actually analyses and understands the game very well.

I listen to him at times on triple m and he is very good. He is under utilised i feel and certainly better then a lot who have more regular gigs.
