Smith is a smart guy but if he thinks what they did in 07 and 09 is ok he has to have something wrong with him down to his core.

We actually, the NRL investigation after the Sharks won their first ever GF in 2016 was that they were over the cap in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 but in 2016 they were over the cap all year but the team they had on the field on the day of the GF was under the cap. So that was fine. Move along.
