An interesting comment was made about coaches turning it around from a subscriber:

“I mean Andrew webster in his 1st season has made top 4. Craig fitzgibbion made top 2 in his 1st season, last the cows went from bottom 4 to top 4 last season, even clear went from 10th in 2019 to grand final in 2020 so clubs can turn it around quickly but things like a good pre season, coaching staff, recruitment that's huge as well now im not saying bulldogs are not guaranteed to do that but if you get all those things right things will turn pretty quickly.”

Is Ciraldo overrated or unlucky or cannot instil discipline?

In defence of the assistant. The Bulldogs are just built wrong, no halfback, no fullback, no props, limited hooker. They've spent a lot of money on talent but on the 2nd tier positions. They would have been better served passing on kikau and criton and gone for a halfback.

What about Riccio saying we ain't seeing the Parramatta Mahoney where it was all effort. Instead he is trying to create something a skill he probably doesn't have.

Should we include him in the list that BA has polished during his tenure.

It has been the problem with the Dogs having no halves. Burton has limited halves capability and they haven't had a halfback all season and this has left the midget in the 9 having to overplay his hand...

I would love to know if BA or the players have asked Barrett what Gus said to Greed at that dinner seeing as he was there as well. What type of garbage was being spewed out.

Used to like Ready. Certainly gone backwards.

I think he is a better bloke though then Tossfield, Crawley & Kent.

At the start of the year he went to the Tigers centre of excellence and would not stop talking them up. so much so that it was starting to get cringy. For weeks and weeks he would correct merkins and direct any tigers conversation into a positive light. A cynic might say that he was on an earner for a bit OR a journo quid pro quo for juicy gossip. Either way it was very awkward.

For Sharks/Rorters it needs to be Cronulla or Bondi.
They’d at best get the same amount of people at Homebush or Parra as they would at Cronulla anyway
